The individual plaintiff may serve an affidavit pursuant to RCW 32.24.070 to the other party confirming service of the copy of the judgment. (3) When a motion is made by the other party or the court pursuant to this section to vacate a judgment after failure to comply with the notice requirements in RCW 32.24.
